There is a nice genealogy room in the basement of the Sapulpa library.
Fairly good indexes of burials and marriages, but alphabetized each year
separately, so can be tedious. Marriage books themselves are in the courthouse, a few
blocks away. Probably not much in the actual record that is not in the index.
Burial indexes are by each funeral home, so you might have to look in more
than one book to be certain of finding what you seek. And once again, sometimes
alphabetized by each year. Some of the actual mortuary books are in the
Historical Society, again a few blocks away.
