Hello cousin-

Dolly's father was John W. Goins(b10 March 1841-NC & D?-OK). I do know that he was alive in 1906, but have not been able to find him in the 1910 census.
Mother was Lucy Ann Bedsole B 22 Aug 1844-NC D? OK?
