Hello, I checked various local funeral homes that are online and the Grove Sun newspaper online but they don't list back to 1998. If you knew the funeral home that took care of the funeral arrangements then you could contact them and they probably would have a copy of the obit in their files on him. Most of them are very nice about helping you or copying their info about the deceased person. The local funeral homes listed for Jay, OK are:
