Hi neighbors,

Maybe I should re-introduce myself, since there are new ones around. I
am "39and holding" for about the last 20 years, married to the same
old guy for 44 years, have 2 daughters, a son and 6 grandkiddies ages
16, 11, 2 at 8, 2 at 6. Four live in Bandon, where I am, south coast
of Oregon, their mom is going to college, 2 live in Fairbanks where
our son is in the army. Our oldest daughter lives with us since she
divorced about a year ago. She works at Southwestern C.C. in Coos
Bay, about 25 miles away. My hubby is disabled, and I'm not working.

I am a volunteer with the OKGenWeb Project, 3 counties, Coal, Kiowa
and Pushmataha, the OT/IT Project Kiowa-Comanche-Apache Reservation
and Cheyenne-Arapaho Reservation, and my pet passion, Civil War in
Indian Territory, since I am of Cherokee descent.( and found I had 14
relatives in the CW) I also maintain the pages for the Western Trails
Genealogy Society in Jackson CO. OK

My OK surnames are ASHLEY, CRISP, PRINCE, located in the above
counties, and the old Choctaw Nation. Two lines in OK I am just
beginning, TINDEL/TINDAL/TENNEL and WATERS, Far as I can tell they
migrated into IT about the turn of the century.

The familes migrated from NC, SC to TN, AL, AR, IT, OK, TX and everywhere
else from there I have relatives in those counties, above ground and below, and live
ones all over OK, east west, north, south. I started searching the family
about 5 years ago, found several cousins the slow way (US pony
express. After I got online a couple years ago, have found bunches of
new ones everywhere!.

Love this list. Have a great week everyone.
