My parents bought lots at the Hobart cemetery and they have
deeds to
it. Is this the rare case? Because of that I thought the
cemeteries
were "privately owned". In Kiowa CO. many of the small
cemeteries
were designated out of a persons property. i.e. Joe Smith
owned 160
acres and gave 2 acres for a cemetery. Suppose that Joe
Smith's heirs
would now own the cemetery?
