According to "Guide to Oklahoma State Archives" Volume II:

Prison records are in the custody of the Archives and Records Division,
Oklahoma Department of Libraries. The following is from the Guide:

Inmate Records: Oklahoma State Penitentiary, 1900-1914 & 1967-1970. 5 cubic
feet. Arranged by name of inmate, these files include pardon or parole
documents, correspondence, prisoner photographs, penitentiary records
including those of early Oklahoma inmates held at the Kansas State
Penitentiary, medical examinations, admission sheets...

Inmate Records: Oklahoma State Reformatory, 1900-1914 & 1967-1970. 5 cubic
feet. The files in this series are similar to the Oklahoma State Penitentiary
records.

These records are in RG (Record Group) 50 and with the exception of the
penitentiary reports, all files in the record group are restricted and are
accessible only with written consent from the Director of the Department of
Prisions.

The records are in the custody of the Archives and Records Division, Oklahoma
Department of Libraries, 200 Northeast 18th Street, Oklahom City, OK 73105.
This is not the same institution as the Oklahoma Historical Society Archives
and Manuscript Division.
