In this months issue of THE WESTERN HORSEMAN magazine there is a neat article
about the bridles that Frank Dalton braided out of horse hair to raise money
for an appeal to get out of jail. Each bridle was made of 70,000 individual
horse hairs and dyed with Navajo style veggie dyes. He died in jail and the
bridles are still in usable condition. Leona
