James Howard Edmondson was inaugrated Governor on 8 Jan 1959. The OHS
Archives probably has a biographical file on him. However, the STATE ARCHIVES
in the Oklahoma Department of Libraries building at 200 NE 18th Street in OKC
has a very large collection of material. Some of this is available on
microfilm. Because he went on to become a U.S. Senator, there may be some
material at the Carl Albert Center at the University of Oklahoma.
