Hi Vicki!
I wondered about that Mitchell name, I've been in contact with Gail off and on.

Yes, I do have MO. Pitts's , but I've found out that there are a lot of Pitts's in MO and none are
ever mine! But my new Pitts on mom's side, Samuel Pitts was married in Platte Co, MO to Elizabeth
Duncan. Now that would be my gggrandparents, I think on mom's side, and on my dad's side (this is
getting scary, I haven't comprehended this yet) is John W. Pitts who was also born in MO. I'm
sitting here thinking, could these two be related? Haven't found anything past John except that his
parents were from KY according to a census. And Samuel is just the Pitts I found 2 days ago.

It would be great to solve the puzzle!
