Paula I never had a bit of problem with my FTM 5.0 that I noticed and
got my 5.0a right after I called them. Tell them you will turn them
in to the Better Business Bureau if they don't send it out
immediately.

Tell them also that you contacted several lists about this and tell
them what folks have said just don't have to mention their names. You
said you paid $50.00 for it. I hope you aren't saying you paid that
for the 5.0 and you are a new user. Ask to speak to a person higher
up on the totam pole or their supervisor that might work better.
