Did not find a Jacob Williams in 1860. Here is the Williams from TN
listed in 1860 Census
1. William R. Williams, age 23, Pastor, from TN living in the household
of C. D. Irwine(?) in Choctaw Nation in the county of Towson. P.O.
Doaksville(?).
2. Robert Williams, age 36, Farmer, TN, Giubg Snake District, Cherokee
Nation, P.O. Baptist Mission
