The chocolate gravy sounds scrumptious. What is it usually served on? Since
my mother was allergic to chocolate She never served anything like that. But
I am adding it to my collection of old Okie recipes to try out on my family.
There is one memory of mine that I would like to acquire a recipe on, and
that is a boiled apple dumpling recipe that my mother always made for
special treats for my brother and I. She always made this terrific
sweetened cream sauce to serve over it. I have looked for years for a
recipe, but have never found one.
How about it? Does someone have this recipe in their files?
Alicemae, a displaced Okie
