Hi Sally,
Sorry, I forgot to include my name on the last email! M.S. Crismore's
interview is not online right now. On the main index, it listed his name
under Volume 21-9 #6016886. It shows he was living in Oklahoma City, OK at
the time. These interviews are of people of all nationalities (white,
Native American, etc.) that lived in the Indian Territory before Oklahoma
became a state (ie. Choctaw Nation, Chickasaw Nation, Cherokee Nation, Creek
Nation....and so on). Many of these interviews were done in the 1920-30's.
If he is your ancestor, what a treasure to find, an interview with his own
