i dont know about a jones city, but jones, oklahoma is near oklahoma city, not sure if its oklahoma county or not

What was then known as Jones City is now known simply as Jones. It is in northeastern Oklahoma County, near the eastern edge of the Unassigned Lands that were opened by the Run of '89. Jones is included in our area study. Please write to me at if I can be of further help.
