Ive come to a brickwall on this,and im hoping someone can help me here. my grandfather and two of his sisters were born in stigler,oklahoma. Ester Stubblefield born 1903 in stigler,oklahoma--- Jennette Stubblefield born 1905 in stigler,oklahoma---- James Dallas Stubblefield born 3-1907 in stigler,oklahoma.. They are supposed to be native american--cherokee or choctaw or both? i was once told that stigler,ok was part of the old choctaw nation. There parents names are Thomas Jefferson Stubblefield and Mary E Maples. Mary used to be a school teacher there in stigler,ok in 1902-1907. this is all the family bible says and what my grandfather had told me before,they are all deceased now. wanting to find out more on them and there indian blood line. if any one could help."PLEASE HELP" thank you Doug Mcgowin po.box 414 belle,mo 65013-
