FYI:
In Fort Smith, the main street going through downtown goes across the
bridge into Moffett, OK. I'm told that during the Korean War that
Moffett was the only entire town that servicemen were restricted from
entering. I'm not sure if this is true or not, but I've heard it all my
life. Supposedly, it had nothing but bars in it and was full of crime.
