Richard Wimberly, son of Mildred Uldine Goode and Carl Major Wimberly. Mildred
is the daughter of Ida Battles and Sam Goode. Ida is the daughter of George
and Mayetta Battles. George had several siblings including a Henry Franklin
Battles. If anyone has any information on these people please write. Our
knowledge is very limited but we do know they were in or about Leflore County
in the 1800s to early 1900s.
