Karen, you say you haven't found anything about George Brown, but what do you know of his wife Georgia? I have a William Wallace Brown from Morgan County, Kentucky who died October 13, 1901 in what is now Love County, OK. It was of course, the Chickasaw Nation at that time. I have no names for children of William Wallace Brown, but for some reason, I feel that your George Washington Brown may have been one of his sons. The name runs in the family. Do you have any dates or ages or places for George and Georgia other than when they married? Where did they marry?
Give me as much info as possible, and perhaps we can help each other on this.
