Services for Eddie "Boop" Miller, 52, will be Saturday at 2:00 p.m. in Freeman Auditorium at Turner School with Rev. Mike Williams officiating.

Mr. Miller died March 11, 1998, at his residence at Jimtown.

He was employed with Uniroyal the past 22 years and was also owner of Miller Catfish Farm at Jimtown.

Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Kathryn Miller of the home at Jimtown; a son and daughter-in-law, Darrin and Rhonda Miller of Durant; his mother, Mrs. Nonie Miller of Jimtown; four sisters, Burla Sue Miller of Jimtown, Lou Gregg of Wilson, Mary Jane Moore of Davis, and Roxie Norvell of Andrews, Texas; two grandchildren, Whitney and Josey Harbour; and a special nephew, Lane Miller of Jimtown.

Mr. Miller was preceded in death by a daughter, Shawn Miller on August 2, 1987.

Interment will be in the Leon Cemetery directed by Kennedy Funeral Home.
