Graveside services for Troy Vernon Gwin, 65, of Tulsa, were held at 10 a.m., Tuesday, August 23, in the Graceland Memorial Park Cemetery, with the Rev. Tom Shaw officiating. Military honors were provided by the Fort Sill Military Honors Team. Arrangements were directed by Moore's Owasso Chapel, Owasso.

Born June 2, 1940, at Marietta, the son of Troy and Irene Gwin, he died Friday, August 19, 2005, at Tulsa.

Survivors include his wife, Sharon of the home; a son, Jimmy Gwin of Tulsa; two daughters, Bunny Gwin and Missie Gwin of Tulsa; two brothers, Kenny Gwin and Gary Gwin of Oklahoma City; two uncles and three aunts, Jack and Barbara Ivins of Lufkin, Texas, Floyd Gwin of Marietta, Dorothy Greenfield and Frances Greenfield of Tyler, Texas.

He was preceded in death by his parents.
