Tammie and I want to thank publicly the many members and volunteers who
have made our Website possible. Your names are to numerous to even try
to list. If we tried, we would surely leave out some of you.

Without the help and dedication of each of you, the Oklahoma Cemeteries
Volunteer and Cemetery Inventory webpage would not be what it is today.

I am in awe of those who so willing walk the cemeteries, both in the
heat and in the cold, fighting chiggers, ticks and snakes, inventorying
these sacred grounds of our ancestors and taking pictures of the stones
so you and I can find the resting place of our ancestors and gaze upon
their names from the comfort of our homes.

When I think of the hundreds of e-mails with inventories that Tammie and
I have received, the thousands of photos that we have received and
continue to receive, those out there, even today, inventorying Oklahoma
cemeteries, the willingness of volunteers to search the books and
papers they have, to help strangers, I know without a doubt that those
on our list and our fellow Oklahoma researchers are a special group of
people and Tammie and I feel blessed to be a part of you.
