Norbert is not a name I am familiar with. Wright City was named William Wright, son of James Marion Wright and Louiza Jane Blackwood Wright. He was the first casulty for McCurtain County OK. I have a book for Wright City and it tells the story, plus it is a story passed down thru my family. James and Louiza were my great grandparents.
