Seeking descs. of Jeremiah Carney, half-Choctaw of MS, whose children emigrated to I.T. in l848 after Jeremiah's death. Need data on his children who filed inheritance papers in l849 in Van Buren, ARK against Jeremiah's estate in MS. Names are: Harris Carney, Martha Carney Nelson Homer, Jemima Carney Taylor, Lila Carney, David Carney, Jonas Carney and second wife Ahchehoka and son Forbis Carney. Where did they settle in I.T.?
