DELMON RAY RUMSEY was born Sept. 3, 1930 to Edmon and Rachel Sinor Rumsey in Stidham, OK, married Patsy Downum on August 1, 1952, and died Feb. 21, 2002 at Baptist Hospital in Oklahoma City. Services were in Stidham followed by burial in the Rumsey Cemetery under the direction of Gregg Funeral Home of Eufaula.

Survivors include his wife of Denison, TX; grandchildren, Candice Dolan and husband Shawn of Moore, Thomas Graves Moore, Joshua and Matthew Rumsey of Oklahoma City, Jennifer Kaycee and Nikki Rumsey of Moore, and Jet and Lexy Rumsey of Moore; great-grandson, Denton Dolan.

He was preceded in death by his parents; three brothers, Olen, Willie (Bill), and Edward Rumsey.
