WILLIAM E. SAUNDERS was born Aug. 5, 1913 at Ozark, AR and died Jan. 31, 2002. Services were Feb 2 at the Kelley Memorial Chapel of Hunn, Black & Merritt Funeral Home, Eufauola followed by burial at Greenwood Cemetery.

Survivors include wife, Jacqueline; two daughters, Timmie Saunders of Eufaula, and Sharon Lancaster and husband Ron of Sallisaw; five grandchildren and six great grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by a son, William Saunders.
