If I were you I would try the Oklahoma Medical Association or Joint
Commission on Hospitals Association.
I have a cousin who works for a hospital in the OK City, OK area, I'll
ask her, but I would doubt that the personnel files would be available. If
they were, I would think you would have a problem accessing them.
Have you searched Vital Records for Kathryn was born?
Did you know that e-Bay often has post cards for locations in OK City? I
found St. Andrews Hospital on there.
