I work for a documentary company in the UK who are making a programme for British television about African American GIs executed after military courts martial during WW2. It has been argued, that in some cases, more might have been done to protest their innocence, and that had circumstances been different their lives might have been saved.

One of the cases that we are looking at is that of LEE A DAVIS, who belonged to the 248 Quartermaster Company. He was executed in England on 14th December, 1943. We are desperately trying to locate his family, one of whom we think is called IDA L DAVIS. Their last known address was in Beggs, OK.
