Thank you...I suppose that would have held true around the middle 1930's too. Sorry, I forgot to put in the time frame. I'll check Arkansas ...

Best place was Arkansas in 1949 and 1950.... no blood test, waiting period
or proof of age was needed. Been there and done that about 50+ years ago.
