Jeanne,
If you can get a copy of the obituary from the newspaper, it might have the
name of the funeral home. You might be able to leave it blank, if you can't
find out the name of the funeral director. I have the funeral home and the
obits from the paper of my grandfather but still can't get a death
certificate. I've tried the county and the state of Oklahoma. Hope you have
better luck.
