My Family & I are curious as to when My great grand parents were divorced. According to census & birth records, they were living in Payne co bef 1900. A 4 more children were bon in Payne co. We are guessing they divorced bet 1910-1920, problay after the birth of their last daughter. Their names are Lewis Adams ABBOTT & Martha Ellen, aka Mattie. In the 1920 census I only found the youngest daughter, Mildred, age 9 as a boarder. Did Payne co kept divorce records bet 1910 & 1920? How do we go about to find out if they were divorced there?
