I made a copy of this from one of PCH&GS books.
"The Southern District Marriage Records (Chickasaw Nation) beginning in
April 1895 have been filmed at Ardmore by the LDS Church and are
available under the title, Marriage Records of Pickens County I.T.
1895-1907. However it includes also Pontotoc, Panola and Tishomingo
territorial counties of the Chickasaw Nation."
