Subject: [OKSEMINO] 1948 Tornado/Harris Family

Can anyone one the list tell me if there was a tornado which hit Seminole
County on March 29, 1948? I am looking for information on a Wm Harris family
who was supposedly killed on March 29, 1948, in a tornado. I am not sure
which city they were living in at the time. Wm. was a brother to Stella May
Shockey who is buried in Little Cemetery. I do not have a copy of the Little
Cemetery records and do not know if Wm and his family are buried there. I do
know at the time of Stella's death in 1964 she had two other brothers living
in Seminole area, Henry and Birch Harris. Any information on the tornado or
this family would be greatly appreciated. I have additional information to
share with anyone who may have a connection to this family.
