VIRGINIA TURNER
The graveside service for Virginia D. TURNER, 81, of Drummond, was Sat., Mar. 12, 2005, at Ames Cemetery. The Rev. Gordon Epps officiated. Arrangements by Henninger-Allen Funeral Home, Enid.
She was born Dec. 8, 1923, in Neosho, MO., to Harry H. & Mable Gracie HORSLEY & died Mon., Mar. 7, 2005, in Highland Park Manor Nursing Home, Enid.
She attended school in Ames, OK.
She married John W. TURNER July 27, 1941, in Enid. They lived in Ames & Drummond where they farmed & did custom harvesting. He died in 1991.
Surviving are a son, Harvey of the home; a sister Daisy Suit PALMER of Enid; 5 grandchildren; & 9 great-grandchildren.
In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by a daughter, a brother & a sister.
