the 1865 Directory showed:

BRUCE, Robert - rented Lot 24 Conc., 2
BRUCE, Robert - rented Lot 8 Conc., 1
BRUCE, Steward - rented Lot 9 Conc., 2
BRUCE, Thomas - rented Lot 22 Conc., 2
BRUCE, Andrew - owned Lot 22 Conc., 9
BRUCE, John - owned Lot 9 Conc., 3
