Bedford County Pennsylvania O'Neal Family needs a home

Can anybody identify these folks? Looks like they came from parts unknown,
resided in Huntingdon County for awhile and ended up in Bedford County.

Could these folks be descendants of one of Peter md Sarah Sparks brothers?

Married Elizabeth Horton marriage date and place unknown.
Elizabeth Horton, b. 21 Jan. 1825 place unknown, d/o Samuel and Jemima
(Anderson) Horton. Date and place of death unknown.
