Subject: [ONEALL-L] O'Neal Marriages & Deaths -- Miss 1801-1850
Date: Wed, 23 Jun 1999 08:20:06 -0700
The post requesting information about Bess O'Neal, possibly in Al, in 182-
prompted me to
look at a book I am keywording for the Clark County Genealogical Society.
Our group is data basing keywords from our entire collection and I am doing
Mississippi
because another of my lines comes from there. My O'Neil line was northern
-- IL/MO/IN
These come from the book: Marriages and Deaths from Mississippi Newspapers,
Vol 2 1801 - 1850 Compiled by Betty Couch Wiltshire and published in 1989
by Heritage Books.
The abstracts are from newspapers published in the southern half of
Mississippi. The newspapers
are available at the Mississippi Department of Archives and History.
I am in Battle Ground, WA -- and can not give information further than the
following. Hope this
is helpful to someone.
