MRS AGNES M YOUNG, 60, DIES

Mrs Agnes M Young, widow of Richard Young, 420 Maple avenue, died Wednesday evening at 10:15 in the House of the Good Samaritan, where she was admitted as a patient Tuesdawy (sp) afternoon at 4:20, following an attack of pneumonia.

Mrs Young was born Dec 25, 1879 in Perth Ont, daughter of Cornelius and Matilda Kane. She came to this country at the age of 16 and settle (sp) in Little Mills, now called Klora. She was married in Klora in 1895 to Richard Young. Shortly after, Mr. and Mrs. Young moved to this city and made their home on Maple avenue. Mr Young died July 4, 1939.

Survivors include five daughters, Mrs Martha Berry, Mrs. Arvelena VanDeWeghe, Mrs Aretta Cook, Mrs Lester Decker, this city, and Mrs Logan Burns, South Russell and two sons, Ambrose G DeWolfe and Charles Young, this city.

The body was removed Wednesday evening to the Kozlewski Funeral Home, Evans Mills, and will be taken to the home on Maple avenue this evening.

Funeral services will be held Saturday afternoon at 2 in the home. Rev Richard L Mellin, pastor of the Hope Presbyterian church, will officiate. Burial will be made in the North Watertown cemetery.

Note: Agnes first husband was Willis "Wilby" DeWolfe
