I live just east of Toronto where there are copies in the North York Library on Yonge Street just North of Sheppard, and I'll bet that there are copies in the Ontario and National Archives as well, but I just use the library copies. At present, the Ontario Archives are located near Bay and College in Toronto. You could probably do an online search for the nearest repository closest to your residence.
