I found on one of the entries of the Arcand family that your Sara's surname is written as Tremblay, which I think would be the proper spelling. I will look at these again and see if I can find it for you.
Also in the records, her name is written as Seraphene and Serapene and maybe that is why Josephine was written on the burial record.

With regard to your Leon, was his name Leon Augustin?
If I read correctly, it seems that he is referred to as Augustin in more than one place.
