Seek information regarding male slaves of Jno Millender and Wm Millender, both shown on the 1810 Orangeburgh Co., SC census with their wives, children, and slaves.

In particular, I am looking for a male slave named Primus Millender, b abt 1784 in SC. Primus was later bought by Nathan Clifton (probably in Arkansas) and was with this family in 1849 in Ouachita Co., AR. I am new at slave research, can anyone suggest where to go next regarding any potential records in SC?
