Does anyone have access to the newspapers of Donald that carried a story of my 2nd great grandfather John Manson Miller?

I have the text of the article, but it refers to a picture, which I do not have a copy of. It would be great to get one.

The article is dated June 24 and could be either 1922 or 1923.

The title of the text I have says "John Manson Miller of Donald OR, perhaps one of the oldest GAR Members who enjoys wood-chopping at the age when most men are helpless". It goes on to describe his life at 95. The photograph is of him after he was done chopping wood, the axe in the background.

If anyone can help me locate the photograph, I would be eternally grateful.
