What happened? I ordered a couple of death certs a few months ago from
Oregon and it cost me less than $2.00. Now, if I go the Vital Stats page it
looks as though they are $15.00 to $25.00 a piece.

Am I going to the wrong place? Can they still be purchased at the old (much
more enjoyable) price?
