You can find the 1930 census through Ancestry.com. I checked quickly for
Clackamas County. I did not see a Harry Hughes with wife Agnes in that county
but there was a Charles H with wife Agnes in Benton County. Charles H was
born in Oregon but father was born in Tennessee. 6 Jordans listed for
Clackamas County.

Your best bet would be to go directly to a 1930 census and view the actual
images.
