Juanita Jean Sherer, 75, of Jasper died Saturday, October 23, 1999, at Baptist Medical Center Montclair. The funeral will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday, Oct.26, 1999, at Collins-Burke Chapel with burial at Walker Memory Gardens. Charles W. Powell will officiate. Visitation is at 6 tonight. Collins-Burke Funeral Home will direct.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Rosie ORear Mann and J.B. Mann; and a sister, Doris Cole.
She is survived by her husband, Macon Ray Sherer; two sons, Michael Wayne and his wife, Barbara Sherer of Jasper and Kenny Ray and his wife, Lana Sherer of Jasper; grandchildren, Carla Johnson, Love Hayes, Thad Sherer and Daphne Whitaker, 6 great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
Pallbearers will be Tim Sherer, Tom Sherer, Ronald Pulliam, Erskin Patton, Scott Duncan, Steve Thornton.
