Or, for 25 cents per page plus postage you can receive vital records or census
copies from the State of Oregon Archives. For information and instructions,
check out http://arcweb.sos.state.or.us/reference.html -- no obits, but for
vital records you can't beat the cost!

The state also maintains a searchable genealogical data base at
