I am searching for information about George W. Minifie. What information I
have is that George and Fannie M. Campbell (daughter of John T. Campbell and
Priscilla M. Hopkins) married in East Portland, Multnomah County, Oregon in
1890. They had 4 children: Thomas Levi b.1894 in Portland; Gladys Violet
b.1896; Willie Leonard b.1898; Hazel Priscilla b.1901. They moved out of the
Portland area in 1895 but I don't know where. If somebody could give me this
information I really would appreciate it.
I also have an 1880 Enumeration Schedule from Marion County, Oregon
with a George W. Minifie, age 14, in school. It lists George born in
California,father unknown and mother from Ireland. It does not list mother
with him. Does this ring a bell with anyone? I could really use some help.
