Muriano Guadalupe Vallejo Boggs was the son of William Montgomery Boggs
and
Sonora Hicklin Boggs. William was son of Lilburn W. Boggs (governor of
Missouri) and Panthea Grant Boone, granddaughter of Daniel Boone.....
not
hispanic, but as they lived in California in a largely Spanish
population,
it's not surprising. I have quite a bit of information on the Boggs &
Boones if anyone is interested.
