He's on our 1890 veteran's census alright. He's
living in Oregon's Polk County, specifically in the
City of Dallas, in the Salt Lake Precenct.
Unfortunately, the ink was of poor quality, and I
cannot read much of the record.
However, I know the information that the state
was looking for, and I sincerely doubt it had anything
on the record that you don't already know about.
So, all I can really do is to verify that he was
here in our state, during that 1890 enumeration.
Happy hunting,
Jim Schira,
Portland, Oregon
