I do that. Look for old pictures with names on the back. I buy the ones
under $3 and record info about the others. Then I post to genforum.com and that
surname board, and usually to Oregon board as well. Have had most luck with
surname boards.

I have placed about 20 back with family, but I have a lot more than that
here at home waiting to be placed, I don't sell them. though a few people have
sent a few dollars to cover my expenses.
