An index of Oregon marriages, 1925-1945 is being created by a crew of GFO extractors.
This will be published on CDs.
Last I heard, the GFO workers had passed 1930 and probably have about enough
to put on a CD.
However, if you know the exact date of a marriage, you can probably get a
copy ($$) from the Oregon Vital Statistics office here in Portland. If you don't
have the exact date, the vital statistics clerks cannot do a search for you.
There are barely enough clerks to keep up on storing the current new marriages records.
